Trouble Page

The purpose of this form is to give the opportunity to send me the code when you are having a problem.  Fill out the form below which will automatically generate an email to me which includes the code that is giving you a problem.  It is so much easier for me to help you when I can see the total page of code that is the issue.

When you get to the part of the form that asks for the code, make sure that your text editor is open.  Highlight the whole page of code, copy and then paste it into this form (inside the big white box).  If for some reason the box does not work, copy and paste the code into an email message and send it to me.  I will respond as soon as I can with some help.
